SQL Data Compare is entirely case-sensitive, so it cannot compare text values with mixed case. If you synchronized these values, then it would work alright provided you's chosed to synchronize missing and additional values. If you skip one of either of those, then you may have problems because it would insert duplicate values and violate a unique constraint on a database with case-insensitive collation.
