SQL Data Compare 6 Alpha Rocks!

Excellent program! I have used the older version and thought it was really good in terms of speed and features. But when I used the new "compare-to-backup" feature, I was really impressed. Not only is such a feature great as another way to determine when a change occurred, but it also really helps in reducing the load on the Production server!

    Glad the compare to backup seemed to work for you - bear in mind that in version 6 this is going to be a 'Pro' feature so make sure if you have a support contract for the bundle it'll get you the new feature.

    Nice when it 'Just Works' isn't it :)
