Fixes startup bug with SDC5

I was getting the following error trying to run sdc 5:
RedGate.SQLDataCompare.UI.exe - Common Language Runtime Debugging Services
Application has generated an exception that could not be handled.

Process id=0x17f8 (6136), Thread id=0xc34 (3124).

Click OK to terminate the application.
Click CANCEL to debug the application.
OK Cancel

That is now fixed.

    It was the same thing that sql compare had

    Might have been something to so with our common controls such as the splash screen.

    Do you like the Alpha now that is works? Have you tried comparing to a backup? What do you think of the other new features?
