Improvement for insert statement.

When typing insert dbo.xxx, it'g greath when SP3.5 show me the column list and the values (/* type */ default_value).
Can be more usefull if, with the /* type */ SP brings me also the column name. Especially with tables with a lot of columns.

    Thanks for the suggestion, that's a good idea. If you have a table with 20 columns in at the moment it's easy to lose track of which column you're entering a value for. We won't add this for the 3.5 final release because it's getting quite late in the day and so we're only now fixing critical problems, however we'll certainly consider this enhancement for the next patch release.
