Add 'Reports' to the server context menu

It would be nice to be able to right click a server in the scheduler and choose 'Reports' -> 'Failed backups', etc.

This should bring up the Reporting dialog, with the report scope set to single server, and server to report on should be set to the server that was right clicked.

I think this is more intuitive then accessing reports from the tools menu (Reports should still also appear in the tools menu)
