Management Studio not working after SQL Prompt installation

Hi after installing SQL Prompt 3.1 my management studio does not get past the splash screen.

When I uninstall it then the studio starts up perfectly, except it still has the SQL Prompt option on the menu.

I have uninstalled all SQL & SQL Prompt components and re-installed but is still not working.

What can I do to fix it?

    Thank you for your post and sorry that you are having issues with SQL Prompt 3.1.

    I suspect that the SQL Prompt Plug-in has not integrated in with Management Studio.
    I have uninstalled all SQL & SQL Prompt components and re-installed but is still not working.

    As you appeared to have re-installed SQL Prompt, can you please type the following using the Run Command:

    sqlwb /setup

    Hopefully this action will allow the SQL Prompt plug-in to integrate fully into Management Studio.
