Not able to start the Profiler

Hi,
I am not able to Start the Profiler.When i click on 'Performance Profiler' option under "ANTS" menu item in my Visual Studio its showing a messagebox with an hour glass with a message "Starting IIS Profiling Host" and the message box gets stalled.When I try to close this message box it closes this pop-up and opens another pop-up which says "Stopping IIS Profiling host",this also gets stalled.

Some times its throwing an error report which says "system.nullreferenceexception".

I couldn't send you the screen shot as this post doesn't have Attachment option.

Any help please.

    Could you create a logs directory in the ANTS Profiler program directory and then recreate the error?

    If you could send the screenshot and the log files to our support email address (support@red-gate.com) we can investigate the cause. It would also be good if you can provide information on your O/S and the version of visual studio you are using.
