.dbcache files are not cleaned.

Looking my "documents and settings......\Application Data\Red Gate\SQL Prompt 3" I found a lot of .dbcache files (ex. dfdab9d3ab924b049bbdef3dc24cb045.dbcache).
Are these files must be deleted when I close my QA or I restart my machine? I have dbcache files from the time I instaled SPv3 (almost 90 files).

    Sorry this is a bug in the current version. If you clear you cache and close down SQL Prompt you shuold be able to safly delete all the dbcache files
