Hi David,
That's rather strange. I don't see that here, although it will probably try to recache your master database, which on SQL Server 2000 can take a little time. Having said that by the time it's doing this your QA window should already have appeared and you would have been able to log in to a database. I'll pass this over to Lionel.
Thanks,

After lunch I retried and it appears to load fine now :? ... but when I try to use it I get the notice that my trial license has expired.
My guess is that the timing of the new install and the expiration of the trial license was causing the issue... especially since a co-worked installed this release for the first time today and is not having any start up issues with QA.
I've requested a short extension on the trial license to further review this. I can say that in the short-time that I've used this, I've been rather pleased especially compared to SQLPrompt2.
Thank you for your quick response on this.

No problem David. Just glad to hear you got it sorted out!

I had the previous final betal release and did not notice this issue. I uninstalled SQLPrompt prior to new install.
Thanks
David
