Have you tried the old time-tested re-registering of the .Net Framework with IIS? If you open a command prompt and change the working directory to %SYSTEMROOT%Microsoft.netframeworkv1.0.3705 and typing aspnet_regiis -i, that might take care of the problem as far as the Profiler's concerned.
