SQL Data Compare Previous Versions
tempdb is growing

Hello,
I did a SQL Data compare between a SQL 2000 database and a SQl 2005 database. The tempdb is now filling up the disk space on the SQL 2000 server. How can i reduce this?
I am running the SQL data compare tool on the SQL 2005 server.
