Auto Insert ssf != SSF

Auto insert if I type ssf works great. But if I type it upper case as SSF it does not work. I have tried going into Options and adding an Auto insert for SSF, but in the options ssf = SSF and it will not let me add it.

Would like to have the auto insert to not be case sensitive in recognizing the trigger code, but if it is to stay case sensitive then the options entry needs to also be case sensitive.

    Hi Tim,

    Thanks for posting. As already mentioned elsewhere SQL Prompt 3 will let create both snippets, ssf and SSF.

    It is not that I want separate snippets for ssf and SSF. I just want Prompt to bring up "SELECT * FROM " regardless whether I type it upper, lower, or mixed.

    I was only trying to input an additional snippet under SSF that was identical to the one under ssf in Prompt 2 because it is case sensitive to the entry I make into Management Studio.

    Anxiously awaiting the release of Prompt 3.
