Error changing database in first opened window

Not good:
"Only works in the first query window thas is opened".

This obstruct a lot the tests in a real workload environment.

    Sometimes, using the first windos opened, but changing the database (using use <db> or selecting the other database in Database List, SQL Prompt show objects from older database.

    If I change the application focus (using alt + tab), when I back to query analyzer, SQL Prompt show the correct objects

    Unfortinatly I fixed the bug where it was only working with the first query window just before the beta and we didn't quite have time to add it. SQL Prompt does not support the use <DB> syntax in the beta but will definatly in the final version. Selecting a database using the drop down list should definatly always change to the correct database though.
