Primary Key column still being compared even though....

Hello everyone. I am comparing two identical tables each from two databases. The structure is as follows:

Col 1 Primary Key
Col 2
Col 3
Col 4

I have selected "Drop Primary keys, indexes, and unique constraints" in the options tab and have customised the tables I am comparing, selecting only Col 2 and Col 3 to compare.

However Data Compare still reports that everything is different in the two tables, as it seems to be returning a comparison for Col 1 also (the primary key, which will always be different between the two tables).

Any suggestions?
