Error "Directory Listing Denied" when profiling web service

I am getting the following error when I attempt to profile a web service:

Directory Listing Denied
This Virtual Directory does not allow contents to be listed.

What am I doing wrong.

    Hello,

    If there is a properly set default document on the website you're trying to profile, then it may be that you're actually getting the wrong website to answer the request when you are trying to profile. If you use a multiple-website version of IIS (on Win2003, 2000 Server), then this can happen if the host and IP address configuration for the website is in any way ambiguous. You can probably confirm this by checking your IIS logs.
