SQL Compare Question with Stored Procs.

I'm using version 3.2.1.14 of SQL Compare.

The question I have is that when I compare two version of the database, one test and one that's live and the live version has the permissions for each Stored Procedure while the test database doesn't. Running compare always shows the SP's as different. Is there anyway to ignore the permissions when doing a compare?
