Comparison Options issue

I've got a strange issue where I've updated the database comparison options via the secret dropdown (specifically I set IgnoreSystemNamedConstraints to TRUE), but the new options don't show up on the Commit changes tab. Even more strangely, the options do show up on the Get Latest tab, but even if I accept them, nothing changes and once SQL Source Control is done "fetching the changes", I'm still in the same situation. This is on SQL Server 2014 SSMS with TFS and 3.7.1.159, though I've had this problem for a few weeks so it's been an issue with earlier versions as well.

Any ideas are greatly appreciated.

    Thanks for your post.

    To be honest, I'm not really sure what's going on. I was thinking it might have to do with your revision numbers being out of sync somehow, but I just tested that and can't seem to reproduce the behavior you mentioned.
