Shrink file?

Just wondering if the ability to shrink the log file is a feature in Backup Pro? I can't seem to find it, although you can truncate the log file...

Seems strange you can do one, without the other...?

Any info appreciated.

    Thank you for your forum post.

    There is no feature within SQL Backup that will shrink the log file. You need the run DBCC SHRINKFILE process outside of SQL Backup.
