How to show the SQL Test Messages pane

How does one turn on the SQL Test Messages pane (that is, without temporarily configuring a test to fail, thereby forcing it to appear)?

    Found it, the little black message-balloon button on the SQL Test pane. I think I preferred v 1.0 when there were labels beside buttons.
