Oracle Compare report directory not created by install

Despite the fact that the application seems to think the output directory for reports should exist, it does not, so a needless error is raised. Creating the directory during install is suggested.

    Just ~/reports is missing right after install.

    I've fixed it so the next version will create that directory on startup if it doesn't exist.
