Using SQL Backup 5 - Can I upgrade to SQL Backup 7?

Hi.

A company I work for has 10 licenses for SQL Backup 5.

We are starting to use SQL 2012. Does our SQL Backup 5 license key cover us to use SQL Backup 7?
