Hello,
Currently, in version 4.x of SQL Bundle, all three command-line utilities are licensed under the SQL Toolkit moniker. This means that in order to use the command lines, you will need a SQL Toolkit licence or the Developer Edition of SQL Bundle.
For this reason also, you will find the documentation for the command-line tools usage in the SQL Comparison and Synchronization Toolkit help file that is installed in the SQL Bundle program group. -
