The action plan is intended to be a way to summarize what actions need to be performed to synchronize the databases. It is in the order in which the actions will be performed, so you can review the steps it'll take.
It's not grouping all actions together, as these may occur at different times to different objects during the synchonization.

ok, but I am not seeing the value of such a list, for my actual use i got a list about a dozen entries long, that repeated... There is not enough detail to make sense of what is being shown.
What am I meant to learn from this display?
What decisions is it helping me make?
What advise is it giving me to be apply the tool to my compare?
OR
Please give me the correct way to look at it.... -
It's meant mostly as a way to try and spot something you didn't expect would be happening. For example, you might look down the list and see that it's dropping a user, and maybe you didn't think it should be doing that.
It's probably also worth noting that the text here is likely to change to make it a bit more readable as it's currently pretty hard to scan.

+ Function Alter (1 item)
+ Procedure Alter (1 item)
+ Function Create (1 item)
+ Procedure Alter (2 items)
It expands etc. BUT what is the intent here? if it is to gather by action type, why do i have 'Procedure Alter' more than once?
Also, I see a big button 'Copy Actions' - copy what to where where? I tried it and it appears to be a 'Copy to Clipboard' - I think it should say so! Also this feature, although useful should not be so prominent, a right click menu would be fine.
