Please can you send a copy of the configuration file to support@red-gate.com and quote the support ticket reference number #6647. Please can you also confirm where you got the instructions for the configuration change from as it is possible that you used an out of date version. The URL of any document would be great. -

However, SQL Monitor stop monitoring every Monday morning due to permission issue, I've followed the instruction from red-gate to edit"RedGate.Response.Engine.Alerting.Base.Service.exe.settings.config" but it doesn't help.
