I'm afraid there aren't any plans to add features to SQL Multi-Script at the moment. However, this is quite a popular suggestion and is currently logged under the code SE-65.
I'll put you down as another vote for it, but unfortunately there is unlikely to be any development effort on SQL Multi-Script in the near future. -

I agree, this additional functionality would make it a much more useful tool. -
Both, its use for schema changes is crucial to our SaaS company that relies on consistent database changes, but we also query all client databases (again, shared schema) to pull one off reports and make one-off changes. ????

This way a user doesn't have to have a giant list of scripts but can have several smaller lists.
Any plans at Red-Gate to do so?
