Enhancement request - support MS_Description on UDT columns

SQL Server supports extended properties on the columns of a user-defined table type, but SQL Doc does not see those EPs nor use them in producing the documentation.

    Thank you for your suggestion. We have an existing feature request (reference SDOC-1399). I'll add your request to the list.

    Our product management should review this to determine whether to include the feature in future versions.
