Generic Question: Redgate vs Visual Studio

I don't have much experience with Red-Gate - so here is my question. I also couldn't find a spot to ask a generic question like this.

In regards to database projects what can Red-Gate do that Visual Studio cannot do or what can it do better?

Have to make a decision on a choosing a tool. Red-Gate SQL Server Tool Belt or Visual Studio 2012.
