Actually the blocking ocurrs at 10:33 AM and was Medium.

I also check Hosts users times, and are OK.

What I'm missing?

    What does it say under "time raised" and "time ended" on the status ribbon?

    Looking back at the details. It lists that the block occurred at 10:33. The following two times are the times that the processes started, and so do not have a relation to the time of the block other than to help you identify the processes involved.

    Does that make sense?

    If you mean: Users began to use Application at : 8:41 and 8:43 and some process, belong to that Application, was blocked at 10:33 then that make sense.
