schema compare and queue tables and queues

Is there a way to set up my schema compare so that it will find my queues and queue tables?

    Hi Melissa,

    Queues and queue tables aren't yet supported, how many of each do you have?

    Here is our list of currently supported objects types:

    Are there any other object types you use not included there? If you could let us know the relative importance of each that would be very helpful.
