Is it possible to make the 'Comparision Settings' window bigger? I have lots of tables in my database, and it would also be handy to see all columns, without having to scroll horizontally.
Suggestion, let the user decide how big this window must be (I have 1600x1200 lcd's...) and remember this size for next times.
