Error log:

We have also tried to follow all steps from this instructions:

Unfortunately the log message is not useful - either the service has encountered an error or the system is just too slow to copy. I doubt the latter as the startup code for the service is pretty light.
Can you try just disabling the service? You only need it for IIS and COM+, and only when the website/application can only be started using the builtin SYSTEM account.

We have a problem on customer test environment where we cannot start profiler service. After some time starting of service fails and logs show that there was a timeout error.
The same was done on production environment and service started successfully.
What could be the possible reason?
