setting Temp folder

Is it possible to set the temp folder that SQL Data Compare as I use a small VM as the only place than can see the two servers containing the db's I want to compare but I run out of disk space before the compare completes
Database are only small - just under 5GB

It is possible to set the temp folder.
Follow the link and there is a section called Changing the location of the temporary files.
