Yeah, I'm getting this too, but seems it's a false positive as no other scanners flag it:

Thanks for reporting this. A recent ESET signature database raised a false positive about this file. We contacted them about it, and they have updated their signatures again. The latest version of their signature database - at the time of writing, 6924 (20120229) - no longer flags RedGate.IPNClient.dll as a potential problem.

Other scanners don't flag the DLL. I've tried re-downloading the installation (SQL Prompt 5) but ESET catches the file as soon as it's extracted.
My signature database is current. I have submitted the file to them for analysis so that they can update their signatures but it may be possible for RedGate to take steps to solve this.
