The shortcut key to FormatSQL stopped working Ctrl+K, Ctrl+Y

  This should be fixed in the latest release of SQL Prompt, 5.2.0.5, which you can download from the Red Gate website or get by using SQL Prompt's 'Check For Updates' feature.
  
  (see this thread for more details).
  
  Of course, if this doesn't fix the problem (or you're already using 5.2.0.5) please let me know!

  Did you by any chance click 'ignore' for the release candidate update notification? It turned out that the 5.2.0.5 build was good, so we decided to use that as the full release version, rather than creating another identical build with an updated version number.
  
  You can download the prompt installation that Check For Updates would give you from http://downloads.red-gate.com/checkforupdates/SQLPrompt/SQLPrompt_5.2.0.5.exe
