Monitoring SQL Server running on vsphere4.1

vmware recomend monitoring both "esxtop" counters(e.g. CPU:%RDY,%USED) and "vCenter" counters (e.g. CPU: Ready, Usage) for SQL Server instances running on vSphere v4.0
Can SQL Monitor track these, if not when?

    Thanks for the feedback. You will be able to specify custom metrics (including performance counters) in the next planned release.
