sql compare to archive database

Have anyone seen any issues in archiving data using sql data compare

There isn't any problem at all. You are simply comparing data between one source and another, and then performing a sync.

You may wish to run WHERE clauses to filter the data you are searching more (more information from the link below) but other than that there are no issues at all:
