Line-by-line or method level?

Which one is more accurate? If I choose method level, it says my program runs in 0.5 seconds. However, if I run it line-by-line, it says my code runs in 6 seconds. Which one is more accurate?

I am new to the program sorry :)

    Method-level is always more accurate as it has less overhead.
