Clock Skew Alert Question

Is it possible that network latency could contribute to clock skew alerts? We've had some issues with time management on our servers that we feel has been resolved, but we still see occasional clock skew errors from servers at a remote location (400 miles).

    We try to account for the network latency in the clock skew measurement.

    Even so, as the default threshold is 15 seconds, it seems unlikely that network latency would contribute much to the skew.
