Profile Website Behind Proxy

I have an asp.net set that receives all of its requests via proxy calls via Helicon's ISAPI REWRITE. All of my requests to to "www.domain.com" but I need to profile the site the requests get proxied to "internal.domain.com". Is this possible?

    Hello,

    ANTS Performance Profiler can only profile websites hosted on the local IIS (or development web server), so whether or not you can go through a proxy is not really relevant.
