This happened to me once, I uninstalled and cleared up all the references to the profiler in the registry. Then I reinstalled and it seemed ok.

Thanks, I had a reply from Redgate support pointing to the registry keys and that sorted it for me too.
I didn't realise the replies hadn't come here for others to see.

I uninstalled the VS plugin and re-installed it, but the menu hasn't re-appeared.
Nor if I go to 'customise' on the menu, do any of the profile commands appear in the Addins section.
How can I get the plugin to work again?
