Question about upgrading from 5.2.0.49 to 6.0

According "check for updates" there is a major ants memory profiler 6.0 release which is free with our support contract.

When I download and install this version, the installation process reports that it's allready installed but the version number in the help about overview still shows 5.2.0.49

Am I doing something wrong?
I can send screenshots if possible.
