SQL Compare 6 doesn't work with SqlServer 2008 for me

Hi.

I have an older version of Data Compare (v6).

I have been using it successfully through SqlServer2005, but it chokes when i try to compare SqlServer 2008. Error message is "Unknown data type sys.date". Unfortunately, we cannot upgrade due to budget restraints. Is there any thing I can do to make this work?

    Unfortunately SQL Server 2008 support was added in v7 so you're out of luck. I'll ask a colleague in sales to be in touch via email just in case an upgrade quote would be useful to you.
