Process ID not found in Performance Snapshot

I'm using SQL Response 1.3 and SQL 2000 Ent. We've noted that when we open the details of SQL deadlock/ Long running query, I can't find the Process ID in Performance Snapshot that shown in Deadlock/ SQL Process Details. For example:
I see Process ID 377 show in Long running query, the SQL query fragment is "exec sp_trace_getdata 1, 0", I want to know the detail of the process so I will go to the Performance Snapshot to see the detail. However, I can't found the Process ID in Performance Snapshot.

Why is the ID not shown at snapshot, and how can I know the detail of long running querry, such as which statement should be rewrite.

    Hi, Regdate Support.
I've sent 2 E-mail to you but I haven't received your reply yet.

Does this issue can be fixed in V1?
