SA 5.1 build 3 is broken (or not?)

As far as I can see here, the OverwriteAssembly attribute is ignored in this build, instead it uses always the output set in the project file.

Update: I just uninstalled 5.1 and returned to 5.0 and still I get the same results. So i guess its not more the problem of SA. Dang, none of the build files or project files have changed. WTF ???

    My sincere apologies, 5.1 build 3 is NOT broken. I have no idea still what broke, but after rebooting the build machine and reinstalling 5.1 everything went back to normal and the output files are protected as they should be.
