help doesn't work--what does it mean "could not be compared"

I used SQL data compare to compare two databases but the results show that there are 206 tables or views that "could not be compared".
The Help feature doesn't work, so does anyone know Why they couldn't be compared?

Hi there,

It sounds very much to me like there are schema differences between these 206 objects, or SQL Data Compare hasn't been able to choose a comparison key to use when comparing these objects.

The below help will explain how to map tables and columns together for comparison if the schemas are different and will also tell you how to set up custom comparison keys:
