If you decide not to purchase a license after a SQL Prompt trial expires, to make sure the SSMS native IntelliSense works, please follow the below steps:
1. Uninstall SQL Prompt from the control panel
2. Open SSMS >Tools > Options > Transact-SQL > IntelliSense, and check 'Enable IntelliSense' box
3. Tools > Options > Text Editor > Transact-SQL > General, and check 'Auto list members' and 'Parameter information' boxes
