This article helps with changing the color of the Code Analysis underlining and highlighting, which are dark green and light green respectively, by default:
As of Prompt 9.0.4, Prompt no longer creates custom test markers, and only re-purposes existing VS/SSMS.
For the underlining, open SSMS/VS Options (Tools > Options), find Fonts and Colors, and then change the Warning color to your choice:
For the highlighting, open SSMS/VS Options (Tools > Options), find Fonts and Colors, and then change the Refactoring Current Field color to your choice:
