Hi alex, I was just experiencing this same issue. I believe it is an issue with the latest version of RedGate SQL Prompt. I was able to resolve it myself but our situations may be slightly different. I received a new work laptop and still had access to my old laptop where redgate was still logged in and working in SSMS 22. To fix, on my old laptop I navigated to C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Red Gate\Licensing\Bundle-rg-tbe\<longcharacterstring folder>\ and then within there are two folders titled Permits and Tokens. I believe these get stashed when you login to RedGate via SSMS. I transferred those files to my new PC and put them in the same location and then everything worked as normal. Didn't even need to login. Again, not sure if this will be helpful, but it worked for me. / comments
