When exporting or opening reports in Excel, the default font is usually controlled by Excel itself, not Redgate. You can change it by going to File → Options → General → Use this as the default font before opening the file. Alternatively, if you want a consistent look for specific reports, consider adjusting the font in the template or using a macro to apply your preferred style automatically.
