From my experience, completely uninstalling Toolbelt Essentials and then reinstalling it usually fixes the problem. Make sure to run the installer as Administrator and check that all SSMS instances are closed during installation. It’s a bit of a hassle, but it worked for me when repair or version rollback didn’t. Have you tried checking if the Toolbelt extension is disabled in Extensions > Manage Extensions in SSMS? geometry dash lite / comments
